I pad 3 battery life

The rumors regarding iPad 3 are getting more and more vigorous every day, while some are pretty awesome, some are just ridiculous.

And out of all the rumors we also came across, the most ridiculous we have heard is that Apple will stop manufacturing its iPad line.

We have heard that the new iPad 3 will be equipped with all sorts of good things such as better processor, graphics, Siri, improved camera, retina display and 4G capability. That is pretty good, however the question that no one is taking under consideration is that you will have a better battery to shoulder all these wonderful features?

Cramming more features into iPad 3 could put a bigger strain on the battery life assuming the same type of design battery as the iPad 2 is used.

If we look at the current iPad 2 and its predecessor iPad, they both had the battery life of 10hours which seems to be a bench mark for the Apple.

So, if we talk about iPad 3, Apple would be considering a minimum battery life of 10 hours. And keeping in view the advance touted features, the company will have to require better, more sustainable power source and also keep the weight at an acceptable level. So, in order to provide more sustainable battery life, Apple would have to invest significant resources in comming up with a better battery design.
